PHONE NEVER DELIVERED!

My order WSEZ29866999 was never delivered and was sent back to O2 after just one failed delivery attempt! No one made any attempt to try and contact me to resolve whatever the issue was.

Now it's proving impossible to reach someone on the phone who can fix this for me.
