On Sunday (19.11.2017) I've tried to top up my prepaid card using O2 Prepaid app. I tried to pay with PayPal, who refused to proceed with payment. Then I decided to pay with credit card, I've entered all details, 15 EUR payment was charged from my card, but later app said, that my payment was rejected (see screenshot in attachment).
So, 15 EUR were transferred, but my balance stays the same.
How can I get a refund?
