Payment requests arriving after years

Hello.
I have not lived in Germany since 2011.
I used to have a O2 Sim, but when I registered, the tariff was 0 euro per month plus what I actually used. For years I didn't use the phone and I thought the sim had been deactivated. But recently payment requests started coming. Those requests do not have an invoice number.
What happened? I have lost the SIM and cannot remember my mobile number or find the contract.
What can I do to terminate the contract that I have not been using for 8 years?
All I could find is my Kundennummer, XXXXXXXX.

EDIT: Out of data-security reasons, we deleted your customer number.

Hi @francescazambon,

thanks for your message.

In order to cancel your contract because of moving abroad, please send us the following cancellation document: https://static2.o9.de/resource/blob/67636/9d3f15b4662fcad32f6c6e3bf0a7a390/contract-cancellation-moving-abroad-download-data.pdf

As you see in this document, we need additional documents from you in order to cancel your contract to an earlier date.

Additionally, I have just sent a private message to you from o2_Support in order to explain the reasons for your invoice.

Please reply as well to this private message.

Thanks a lot.

Loving greetings,
Tobias
