Dear o2 support team,



I have cancelled my DSL contract as I was leaving Germany on 30 April. I received a confirmation that my contract is successfully cancelled effective as of 30 April (one email from o2 received on 7 April, and a second one on 10 April). As requested, I have shipped back to you the hardware (router and its accessories) and received a confirmation from DHL that you have successfully received the package.



Now, I understand that in accordance to the contract conditions, with the cancelation I also agree to pay to you 3 monthly fees… which is perfectly fine with me! I got the invoice for May and you are going to withdraw the money automatically on 23 May as usual. However, my German bank account will be terminated on 1 June. In this respect, my question is: can I pay to you directly the two invoices for June and July, because as my account will be closed on 1 June if you attempt to withdraw money it will be unsuccessful.



Could you please let me know the payment details and the procedures for paying the outstanding amount for the remaining 2 monthly fees?



Could you please also confirm that with the payment of these 3 monthly fees the contract arrangement between me and o2 will be terminated for good?
