Pay bills outside Germany

I receive email from O2 each month asking me for payment.
When I browse O2 website for registration, it claims that the mobile is wrong.
As I am out of Germany, how can I settle the bill?

Besides, is there any email of O2 such that I could communicate in words? Thanks.
