On the 17th of September I ordered O2 DSL All-in XL as an exisiting O2 customer. So far I have received an automatic email with the AGB Festnetz Residential and Widerrufsbelehrung, but nothing else. The order doesn't seem to be linked with my current Mein O2 account and I have no numbers or details that I can use to track my DSL order. How can I find out what is going on? It has been a number of weeks and I have received nothing. I appreciate if you could help me find my DSL order number or anything about this because I have nowhere to start.

If you have ordered xl. You already had L, right?
Try a speed test on speedtest.net . You can check your bandwidth. Xl means up to 100Mbit
No, I had no DSL connection, I made a contract for DSL, but have received no confirmation or paperwork besides the initial automated email.
If you have no "Auftragsbestätigung " it's ha4d to say what's wrong with your order. You have to call the Hotline. They have to search your order and check what's the matter

Ask for an English callback. That's possible.
