Hello,



I have an O2 postpaid SIM card (Kundennummer:6001899799). As I need to leave Germany in last December, I went to O2 shop and would like to terminate the service. Your colleague informed me that I still need to pay the last bill (15.2 euros). Unfortunately, the bill came until few days ago and it will be withdrawn on 12 Jan. As my bank account is already closed, I´ve logged in MeinO2 and changed the account information to my friends’ bank account. (But I can not change the Kontoinhaber to my friends´ name) I hope it´s still on time and working. If it´s not, what should I do next?

You dont need to change the account information to your freinds. You can just send the money listed on your bill to the following account:



Account name:        Telefónica Germany GmbH und Co OHG

Bank:                        Hypo Vereinsbank AG

BIC:                          HYVEDEMMXXX

IBAN:                        DE16 7002 0270 0005 7131 53

Usage:                      your account number (see bill - "my o2 - bill")

you can actually do it yourself. Just go to "Mein o2" and then to tariff options.



You will see the booked pack and choose to cancel it till 15.02.
