Just a few minutes ago I went to my closest O2 shop and asked for some information from my contract that I dont really understand why it is happening. I tried, with my poor german, to explain that I made a cellphone contract by internet and paid 161 Euro for the first time. On the store attended me a young guy who was talking and explaining me very fast in german. I didnt understand completly what he was trying to tell me and I asked him if he could speak english. Then he explained in english and told me, in a very rude tone: "Why do you sign documents in a language that you dont understand?" Also he told me that "it is better when you go to other store where they speak english." Is he not supposed to help me to solve my problems instead of asking me about my personal desicions which I can freely make?



As far as I know, my montlhy rate will be debited from the "Guthaben" that I paid at the begining until the 161 Euro are finished and just after the money is finished from my bank account. The problem is that they took money from my bank account already, and because I didn´t have the money, they transfered me the money back. Is it not supposed to be debited as I explained?
