I am more or less satisfied customer on O2 for about 2 years now.

3 Weeks ago I have asked them, on chat and on hotline can I have a faster DSL Internet, because I received before a Leaflet from Deutsche Telekom that in my Region Broadband Fiber FTTN is finnaly possilbe. They assured me with: "Yes you can have about 100 Mbps download on your place.



All this time a was struggling with 10/2 DL/UP.

On Monday 8. of April they changed my Plan to O2 my Home M Flex from S Flex.

I was informed that I don´t need a visit from technician.



I came home today, tested speed, done a speedtest, an my speed was the same, not a pint of difference. Restarte O2 Homebox etc., no change.



Called them, they juggle me as a hot potato, again they said yes 100 Mbps is possible, first lady forwarded me to tech. support, then I was forwarded to subscription plans, back to tech., fourth person told me that they need to send technician to check. And they need about two weeks to do this.



O2 Shame on you.

Three weeks ago I asked, do I need to upgrade something, have somebody to come. No just upgrade.



O2 Leaders (or edit TBCMagic: Insult removed I don´t care) thanks for such a pleasant user experience and an user support.

Do you think you get answer with this? Better delete some words, drink some coffee and than we will see.
I should already get an answer 3 weeks ago what do you think. "I ordered, they did not deliver"
Change tariff plan and change you DSL Port are different things. Did you get a confirmation from O2 that Telekom have upgrade your DSL port. And take the anim... word out of the start posting.

I apologize for the customer experience. I regret the default tariff change happend in your place. Usually a product change and a chance of technology is done in one step. Sometimes it doesn't work because the DSL port for VDSL is still in use and can't be ordered at the same time. So right now it takes two weeks notice to manage the change. I think we will find a solution to get along with the next invoice. Pls get in touch with us again if you have received the forthcoming bill.

It´s fair and responsible to give a feedback to community.

Today (10.5.) problems with speed which I had were fully resolved after "Technologiewechsel" was done. Bandwidth is like it should be in Home M Flex.



No hard feelings for a little spicy communication, but reaction normal occurs with a cause.
