I let my contract expire with O2 while traveling. I have paid the fees to re-connect and it shows that I have paid in my O2 Profile. However, I still have NO Internet. Stopped by a O2 shop and she said there are no blocks on my account and to disconnect my router which I did. Still no Internet. Help!

maybe a misunderstanding? To re-connect a disabled line needs around 3 weeks. What was mentioned by O2 regarding re-connection?
