Hi all,



We've had an issue with our router - the red Info light is on since last Saturday and the box is locked. Zugangs-PIN doesn't work. Ticket number 6330376



I've reached your customer service 4 times already, and all I've heard from them until this point - Reset the router and re-enter your PIN which obviously does not work. At least previously we had technicians coming over, but this time it's not even scheduled.



Two questions:



1) Is there any timeline on this? When to expect the service I'm paying for as we speak to start working again?



2) How will this be reimbursed? Your colleague said that since I also have mobile contract with o2 and it's the only source of Internet in my place at the moment, I can use it free of charge, please send the confirmation of this over.
