Hello,



I have tried twice, both through the website and onsite, to purchase an iphone to pay in 24 months and my order got rejected due to Solvency Check , could you please tell me what is wrong?



I have no debts, I have this bank account for more than 3 months and also my salary is very high for a 42 euros phone.



I have no idea what else should I prove to be able to make this purchase? or either I would cancel my plan and buy a full package with another provider.



Could you please check?

Nobody here can check this for you. o2 has internal criteria and also uses credit scoring agencies to determine your credit-worthiness.



Your salary is not known to o2, neither is the length of time you have had your bank account. How long have you lived in Germany? This could possibly be an issue. Incidentally, debts are not necessarily a bad thing as long as they are being paid off regularly.



I have been living here for 6 months, how long should I be living here for?



As bs0 said, we do not have any information about those criteria.
