Hello Team,



I recently brought O2 mobile 2 year contract tariff. number 0157-xxxxx921 with 10 gb data and flat call rates, noticed there is no signal in my office (pfalzgrafenstrasse 1, Ludwigshafen 67061) not even single bar is there, Its always with no signal (Emergency calls only mode), I went to the O2 shop and they raised an ticket for me, But without any resolution that ticket has been closed. 



Most of the time i spend in office only more than 10 hours in day time, I am not getting any incoming call, no outgoing calls not able to use internet.



I am paying but not able to use anything . 



I want to close this contract now because of this can you please guide me on this.

There is a fault in your area







I think there is a solution for you. Please read the following article about Voice over Wifi (VoWifi): Improved voice quality and expanded network coverage: Telefónica Deutschland enables VoLTE and VoWiFi for all customers … 



Visit the o2 shop again and ask for support how to use VoWifi. Or visit the support page of your smartphone manufacturer and see how to enable and use VoWifi on your phone.

Unfortunately I don't have wifi in office...



Is there any other way or is it possible to cancel the contract?

as I see you already had contact to the o2 Chat and got the information that it is an interference.



To cancel the contract because of that reason is not possible.

If its an interference, How this interferece can happen for so long time(for past 2 months), I already contacted customer care they said they will resolve it and my ticket has been closed automatically with an response saying test engineer doesn't see any issue in coverage in my area.



So what can be the resolution for this issue, I need to wait again to get it resolved, I am not getting any incoming and out going calls no internet nothing, I am paying my bill without using your service.



I have two sim and paying 49 Euro per month without using it. Its almost waste right. What's your response for this.



I need a resolution as early as possible (Since already 2 months passed).
