Dear all,



My situation is a bit complicated, I have already left Germany but my phone contract is still active (I have done the abmeldung, but i will probably not receive the deregistration confirmation for at least 2 weeks). My contract expires on the 7th of September. On the website login I can see that I need to cancel it by the 7th of August 1 month in advance? Can it be done online? If not what can I do? There is no way that a letter sent from Italy where I am now will arrive on time, could you help me ( Is it possible to send cancellation via fax maybe? or better online means)?



If you also have any template or form it would be greatly appreciated.



Just as a clarification, my contract is scheduled for renewal on September, I would like to avoid that.

my apologies for the delayed reply, but I can see you managed to get the cancellation to us anyways ☺️ Your contract is set to be deactivated on September 5, 2017.
