I had the visit from the technician on monday, and everything is working fine as far as I can tell, however when doing the setup wizard for the internet, my router is insisting the zugangsPIN is incorrect. I am using the number given to me in the confirmation email I received from o2. Have tried every other 10 digit number I can find in this information and nothing else registers as a pin. The zugangsnummer is not correct. Have reset the router to factory settings a number of times, plugged and unplugged, tried via WLAN and Kabel connections on two different computers.



Either there is a problem with the router and it will need to be replaced, or o2 made a typo in my information pdf. 



As of today I have called every weekday evening for one hour before being automatically disconnected, and today spent SIX HOURS repeatedly calling every customer service number I could find to try and speak with someone. Once I spoke with a representative for a moment and he said he needed to ask a colleague something and put  me back on hold for fourty minutes before the line, again, automatically disconnected! I am EXTREMELY unimpressed with the inability to reach anyone, as well as the automatic disconnect. I work full time and spend every available minute out of work calling this hotline with no answer! Incredibly frustrating there is not a voicemail or email service. 



Has anyone had any experience similar to this? Am without internet for a week. If this goes on for longer I will expect o2 to waive the fees for this months internet.
