Dear o2 community,



i have o2 Free S (2018) plan which provides 1 GB high-speed data (LTE) and thereafter the speed reduces to 3G/2G. In my previous billing cycle, my data consumption was more than 1 GB and naturally for the rest of the month I was serviced with 3G data speed.



Now, I am in my new billing month, and I still have no LTE. Doesn't the speed automatically upgrade itself to LTE in the next billing cycle? Or should I enable it manually somewhere in the o2 app or o2 website?

normally the LTE option will automatically available after the reset of the billing cycle (monthly on the 18th). Did you try to turn your device off/on after the reset? In most cases a quick restart will help. I also checked the network coverage and possible barred services etc., but everything is okay.
