Hello,

I signed a contract with O2 in which I'm supposed to get 2GB per month. In fact, the ONLY reason I signed this contrac was that I was informed by the O2 sales team about a weekend deal that would charge me 200Mb and deliver 2Gb. Again, THAT WAS THE ONLY REASON I SIGNED THE CONTRACT.

What happened is that I NEVER got 2Gb at all! I have gonne to the O2 store where I signed the contract at least 5 times and they never fix it! Then I tried cancelling the contract but they said I couldn't!!!! Really? The company does not provide the service they promised/announced and do not allow me to cancel the contract and does not fix the problem? What should the client do in this case? Keep paying a horrible service for more 22 months quietly?

I don't know what to do next! Does anyone know how to help me? Thanks

Hello @Bruna Carvalho‌,

could you please explain in a little more detailed way what you mean?

What is mentioned in your contract? Does it say that you have 200 MB data volume, or does it say you have 2 GB internet? What matters in the end is what is mentioned in the contract that you've signed.

The problem with contracts from the shop is that you do not have a right of rescission.

So, when there is something wrong the shop is your contact person. But in the end, if there is mentioned 2 GB data volume in the contract but you only got 200 MB we can of course change that for you, when you send us your contract as a proof.

Kind regards,

Jessi
