Hi,



I have problem with my o2 internet and i tried contacting o2 customer care via chat and also via phone but my issue is not resolved. Its become so much frustrating for me as i am paying to O2 without using their services. As per my opinion O2 router got faulty and due to that internet light is not coming up, DSL light always remain in ON state.



Can you please help me on this on a priority basis ??

Sorry to say that - this is not a priority board. It´s a customer forum. Please wait 1-5 days for a moderator response. In the meantme I recommend to reset the router und re-install. Maybe a configuration problem?
