I was out of Germany (Europe) for 4 months. Since I was on the contract, I was still making payments. I was late a few times though. I had a hard time logging in to my account, and I stopped getting any emails from o2 so, I didn't really know how much I was behind on payments.



When I came back to Berlin and went to the o2 store to find out how much I owned. I paid the remaining balance which wasn't much at all, and I was told my line will work within 24 hours. Two days have passed my line still didn't work. Today I went back to the o2 store to find out that o2 has canceled my contract. The guy at the store didn't even know why it was canceled. I would appreciate any help.
