Hello,

This is the case of False information from o2 people.

During my contract extension I was promised that Multi card will not cost me any extra money.

This will be same as the last contract which also didnt cost me extra.

But after 1 month of billing I discover that its costing 4,99.

After calling the customer care, first they accepted the problem but later called me back to tell that its not possible to refund the money.

This is clear case of fraud, as people from o2 promise something during contract extension and later dont deliver. 

As this contract extension took place on telephone the call is recorded and my question which was very clear and answer is also very clear.

I request to please check this recording.

By law they should give all the facilities which were promised.

No this problem is not resolved its still open.

I am charged 5€ extra every months just because of false information from o2 people.

Contract was extended on 30 may 2018. As the contract was extended on the phone I had clearly asked about this topic.

Jayesh: "Will there be any extra cost for multi-card"

o2 : " No extra cost, this will be similar to your previous contract"

Hello Ubbine,

I didnt oder multicard because it was with me from the last contract. (I am using multicard from my last contract which also didnt cost me any thing.) 

That was my question to the o2 person, as i already had the multicard is asked him very clearly " is multicard costing me any extra money in the new contract".

He replied "NO"

Dear jayesh,

there is not hint in the documentation of the agent for your contract extension, that a second
multicard should be free of charge. ✅
A new SIM-card should be sent to you without a fee. So we can't credit the 4,99 Euro to you.
The recordings of telephone calls are only used for trainings, afterwards they were deleted,
so there is no chance to verify the statement that a multicard should be free of charge on that way. ✅
