Number transfer from Vodafone to O2

I bought a new O2 SIM card 2 weeks ago. I requested a transfer of my old number (Vodafone). Since then, nothing really happened. The O2 card was activated and it works. How long should I wait?

Did you already get a confirmation from Vodafone that your number is ready to be transferred to o2?

Without the release of your number at Vodafone, the early porting of your number will not be done.

Until now, we have no order for the porting of your Vodafone number.

Which is the way you requested the transfer of your old number?
Currently, there is no transfer of your vodafone number to your current contract.

Is your Vodafone-contract already deactivated? If yes, since when?

Or is it an early porting before the end of your contract at Vodafone? In this case, you need to order the opt-in at Vodafone. Otherwise your mobile phone number at Vodafone cannot be transferred to o2 prepaid.

  1. I send a letter to Vodafone stating that I want to transfer my number
  2. I create a transfer request on o2.de
Is there anything else?
