Hello, unfortunately I am canceling my o2 contract with one of my numbers to switch for another carrier, what do I need to do to take my number with me? any help would be appreciated! Thank you very much.

Is the cancellation with your phone number ending with 333? There is a notice of export to the number to another provider.
Your new provider / carrier has become informed.

Hello Michael, yes! I did not know how long to wait for an answer here so I called customer service and got it done. Now I just contact the new provider and then they will do the rest? Thank you!

    Is the cancelation regarding with your phone number ending with 333? There is a notice of a declaration to export the number to another provider.
    Your new provider/carrier has now to inform us to which provider and date the number should be exported.
