Not recieved handy&tablet

Hello,

I have ordered on line handy&tablet on 2 year contract 21.12.2016. Today I have recived SIM card. I tried to get info from O2 help line - but no sucess.

When can I expect to recieve handy&tablet ? In O2/hilfe regarding my delivery it is said there is nothing in system.

your order is in the system!

But the status is still waiting for transport.

It will take a little longer. There were so many orders during christmas time.
