Hello,
I am sorry for writing in English, but my German is not good.
I am really disappointed with the service I am getting from O2.
I went abroad at the end of June and AGAIN I see on my rechnung 5 times the day pack for the data roaming, although I haven't use any data (only with the wireless at the hotel).
It happened to me already few months before, and I chat with someone in O2 to complain, and they convinced me that it was my fault. This time I disabled the mobile data at the airport in Germany and I am sure I didn't switched them on for the whole trip.
I am trying to disable the service of day pack online, but it impossible to find the path to it.
On top...the chat is disabled (probably nobody is at work now).
How to disable this service? I don't want to have it!
With whom should I complain??? there is nobody answering at the chat and no phone number....
Best,
Maria

Unfortunately some cell phones connect with the Internet in spite of deactivated mobile data or data roaming. Thisis not the fault of the providers.
The only way to solve this poblem effectively is to deactivate data roaming directly at the technical Department of o2.
For this call the service or use the chat.

Dear Fuchs,
thank you for your reply, but honestly it is really weird what you say (if a Samsung Galaxy S5 does it then, O2 should receive really a lot of complains).Anyway, I am trying (again) with the chat, and again...nobody answer and they close the chat after a bit because the waiting time is too long.
Could you provide me a number to call?
thanks a lot,
Maria
