Hello, I am having a problem now, with the internet light off. The internet simply is gone and I have changed absolutely nothing. This is the fourth time it occurs in 3 months and every time I have to call or try the chat, although sometimes it take hours to find someone. After I talk to the attendant, they make an  Störungsprotokoll, and the internet returns after couple hours when a red light appears in the modem. 



Please is there anything that I can do, so I don't need to ask for the 02 help every time? I have tried everything people suggested, as restart the modern, reinsert the pin, re-plug the cables. I simply don't know why it happens.

Thank you for the reply. But I cannot wait 1 week for the internet. I depend on the internet for my work and study. This is completely unacceptable. What are the options?
