I bought a new o2 sim in the month of feb'2018. I was given a free sim along with that. I have not opened it until day before yesterday. I tried to activate the sim yesterday. All i ended up was getting a technical error and was asked to contact hotline. I tried contacting, I am not sure how to reach the english speaking customer executive in the hotline. Is there a hotline # to reach english speaking o2 personnels?
