I did a "Umzug", since I moved to a new place. However, I filled the "Rücksendung DSL-Hardware" but I did not receive the new "DSL" yet. Today I received an email about "Erinnerung Rucksendeauftrag" So I want to ask what should I do about it? Just neglect the email or not?

So you still have a DSL contract but no connectivity at your new home?

How did you give notice about the relocation to O2?

Did you get a "Auftragsbestätigung" (confirmation of the order)?

Which time of activation at the new site is written there?
