Recently I requested for a new contract(DSL).
Unfortunately, something must be wrong because I keep on getting calls from O2 customer service/vertrag section(I checked the number and it seems to be from contract section), but I am too worried to receive because in the past, these calls were usually handled very poorly due to my lack of technical German vocabulary, hence the person on the other side gives me a short summary, leaving out important details which would otherwise make me change my decision/ask for more details.
Is it possible to 1) refer my calls to someone who speaks english or understands enough (less likely), or 2) send me some sort of text that I can translate, read and ask any further questions or send my acceptance/disagreement to the contract?
I believe I have assigned an email in the request form, all texts, queries can be sent to that email address.
Also, nearly all of the O2 shops have representatives who speak very good english, may be I can be referred to one of these shops near me so I can go and talk to them.
