Hi!
Order number: WSHW23462422
I signed up for a new contract with a new phone around a month ago.
I received the papers and sim cards via DPD with no problems.
My phone was supposed to delivered my DHL but it never came.
Somehow the Company name got lost in the delivery address so they obviously couldn't find me.
There is no way to change/update that address, there is no way to contact DHL.
Now I see the status is Completely Returned, which means its back at O2.
I can't cancel the order. I asked a friend to call the hotline (took 2 days to connect) and they said they will send it again to my home address but it has been over one week since then and nothing happened.
From my perspective its like Catch 22... I cant cancel, I cant get it, I cant contact and O2 seems not to give a damn.
Please help me resolve that.

There's a way to change the address to shipment, or I can withdraw the phone in some o2 spot.
