Dear Ms./Mr.



I have the problem with the telephone network connection and need your help. I wrote the contract with O2 3 weeks ago and waited for the technician.

According to "Anschlusstermin" 14.03.2016 approximately at 13:10  technician visited my house and found out that telephone line from my apartment to basement is broken / not properly connected.

He checked the wires and said:



"I have only 10-15 minutes to connect you and it is not enough to fix the line. So I'll write a report and someone will fix the line next time."



After that he left my house. We don't even opened the WLAN HomeBox2:







On the next day in the O2 local office I found out that the technician wrote in his report that I have cancelled the connection by myself. But it is not true.



Today I received SMS from O2 with appointed next "Anschlusstermin" on 23.03.2016 from 8 to 12 uhr. But if the technician have the same time for connection (10 min), for sure he WONT CONNECT ME again.



What should I do in this situation to be connected successfully and faster?



The internet needs me for work and I can't wait for one month yet.



I have flexible contract, just 1 month with further continue. If it's really problem to give more time for technician to check the wires, can I break the contract and give back the router?
