My router only works intermittently, both wlan and lan. I have another I can use but need the code to connect it. I have checked emails on here but it was never sent to me. What can I do?

Hi,

if you want to use a different router wich is not sent to you by o2 the only way is to connect the customer service by phone and ask for them. But remeber that you must understand german.
