I have a Home Box 6641 that has the red "Info" light on. The DSL light is green and the WLAN light is green, but we have no internet. I have reset the box several times and unplugged it as well. When I try and unlock the box it says that my Zugangs-pin isn't correct even though I am copying it directly from the order confirmation. I would like to be able to unlock my home box as soon as possible please. Who should I contact about this?

Hi,
it´s maybe difficulte for you to call the technical hotline caused of the automatic phone system, that is only in german.
What you can test is using the livechat if you got luck you find there an english speaking supporter who mediate you to the technical support.
A different way is to take a german speaking friend an he/she may help you at the phone call.
