My phonr was stolen yesterday, and my card is prepaid card. I want to get the old number, how can it do that? And if I can get the old number, will my phone bill still there?

    Hi!
    If you have access to "mein o2", you can order a replacement Card here: https://www.o2online.de/ecare-prepaid/sim-bestellen
    If not, call the customer care: 0176/88855282

    The replacement card will only replace the plastic sim card. You will keep your phone number and (If No other one has already used) your credit too.
