I have a question about my o2 personal cabinet.



After when I moved to another place, I also moved my o2 DSL contract. Some days after when internet connection was established by service guy I'm not able to access my personal account. When I'm logging in it's asking me to chose some o2 mobile number and confirm it with SMS which is not exist. If I'm canselling this procedure and trying to access my DSL info - it's saying me that I'm a business client and wanting to reach the page for home DSL information. After that it's redirecting me to business page and asking some info (o2 mobile phone etc.) I never was a business client. Can someone help me to find a solution?







I tried to reset my password but it did not help me. It's asking my to choose a mobile number and approve it with SMS.

is it possible that you have selected a username to use with the o2 portal? If yes, please enter this and selecet the "APsswor vergessen" (forget password) function.

After this you will be able to access the personal area again.
