My DSL Appointment too far

Hi,

I have applied for DSL All in M somewhere in second week of December, hoping that I'd get my connection by the end of December. But O2 got me a technician appointment for Feb 6, 2017. That unfortunately does not work for me because of two reasons:

  1. I have just moved to Berlin in a temporary apartment with no internet. I need to get the internet connection as fast as possible. Feb 6 means that I'll have to wait for one and a half month to get my internet.
  2. I'm staying in this apartment only until the end of February and then moving to a more convenient place for long-term stay, which means I get to use my DSL for 22 days only, and then I have to get a new appointment for the technician to move my DSL connection to the new place. So wait for 6 weeks, then use it for 3 weeks, then wait for 4-6 weeks again. This is unacceptable.
If there is nothing O2 team can do to help me then I'd like to cancel/postpone my request for connection until I find my long-term apartment. I think I'll be better off requesting a neighbor to share his/her internet with me.

Any help would be appreciated.

No one to help?

I saw an option to get early start with a USB stick. Can I apply for it now? And what's the cost? How much bandwidth do I get and how much data?
