Hello,



I have moved to a new apartment but still in the same city and I want to move my internet connection to the new apartment.



I have visited an O2 shop nearby and he said he can’t help, also I have tried to check if there is an option online in ”Mein O2” to change it directly but I couldn’t find one.



I had no luck calling the hotline before when I had another problem. As after about an hour of waiting they told me that they don’t have support in English and it’s hard for me to explain the whole thing in German.



So if you please can help me to solve this it would appreciated.

scroll  down you will find "Transfer information" an english help.
