Again, we called it in the o2 shop, but the bill costs every month from 75 € plus 25 euros usb we did not ask for, but it was given from o2 and you can check it on the record and it has already been checked. Now we have to pray that the money we have taken for usb are returned to us, and of course no one talks English anymore. Hello,
I had a look into your customer data. You have two contracts for mobile and an additional DSL contract, each with an own base fee.
Regarding the DSL contract there where some issues with the activation, some data was missing, we activated as soon as possible, which in this case was the beginning of march.
I can not see any errors in the bill,. If you think there was an error please describe as exact as possible what in your opinion went wrong and what price had been appointed.
