Dear All,



It is near one month that I faced problem due to a mistake from O2 shop staff. I have a Galaxy S9 mobile phone with two years contract with O2. Last month, I paid 635 Euros cash to the staff of O2 shop but she transferred the money to my O2 simcard as charge!!! I called many times to ImKassenBüro and faxed the bill to them (also send an email) but NO one is responsible for it. They say that the money is in TELEPHONICA and they can Not do anything.



Where I can follow up my request or complain?
