We recently started using O2 DSL, but have become locked out of our online account. Going through the password recovery it asks for the PKK, which I cannot find on any emails we got from o2, and we have never received post from them.
Can someone from o2 help us find it some how please?

did you recieve an answer from o2_Ubbine already?
If you forgot your Persönliche Kundekennzahl, you may also go to the nearest o2 SHop and after showing your ID card they should be able to give this number to you, you can also contact our customer servcie by ophone and have them send you a letter with the Kundenkennzahl.
