I have sent several e mails, gave you all the documents asked from me to prove I had moved out of Germany (the info I got while I was still there in December!!) and am living and working in Zagreb now. There was no response. I tried sending it per fax also, but it doesn't go through. There is no answer from you guys, you are just ignoring e-mails. I think it would be fair to al least give the information since we are not cancelling free of charge
The customer service of o2 is not available by e-mail, they do not offer mail-support. ;)

Apart from this, o2-contracts generally cannot be cancelled by mail.

Send a letter or try a FAX again.
Hi @Teakan,

thanks for your message.

We received further documents to cancel your contract because of moving abroad today.

Our cancellation department will send you a confirmation as soon as possible.

Thanks for your patience.

Loving greetings,

Tobias
Ok. Thank you
Hi @Teakan,

I just checked the status of your cancellation.

We already deactivated your contract on 7th March 2019. You also received a confirmation by e-mail.

So, I hope everything is clarified now.

I am happy that I could help you.

Loving greetings,

Tobias
Hi Tobias. I have received a confirmation, thanks a lot for that. Almost evertyhing is clear, except for the costs. Since I was under the impression the cancellation fee is 90 euros that is what I have paid, but now the remaining sum to be paid is 55 euros (out of which 35 is probably the cost for having the number active from 1.2. until 6.3., but I don't understand what the remaining amount is for).

Thank you for your answer in advance
Hi @Teakan,

the latest bill you received is from 7th March, which means it covers the time between 3rd February and 2nd March 2019 ("Leistungszeitraum" in the upper right corner of the bill).

Your contract was terminated on the same day, this means, in April you will get one final bill ("Abschlussrechnung") which will cover the last few days of your contract as well as the fee for ending it early (due to you moving abroad).

The good news is that the 55 EUR in your current bill are credit ("Guthaben"), as in 'you payed "too much" earlier'. 🙂 In other words, you don't need to pay them, on the contrary: that sum will be counted in with your last bill next month.

So the outstanding sum of that final bill is the last one you'll be required to pay regarding this contract.

Best regards,

Jan.
Hello,

I have now received this final bill where it is stated that the "Guthaben" in the amount of 38 EUR will be calculated into the next bill. Since this was the last bill, will this be paid out to my credit card? What are further steps to take in that case, since my german CC is no longer active? Can you return the money to the card from which I have paid my last bills?

Thank you once again in advance.
Dear @Teakan ,

the payment of your current balance is of course possible. We need IBAN and BIC (foreign IBAN is possible, wether you have no germen bank account anymore) from you. I'll write a private message from our o2_Support to you.

kind regards,

Andrea
Dear @Teakan,

I submitted the payout for you. ☑️
