I want to cancel my contract and I sent a post to o2 deutschland  but have not received any confirmation yet. However another friend of mine already received the cancellation confrmation.  Also my contract seems to have been extended somehow as I can see on the website. I absolutely do not want ot extend the contract. Can someone let me know how to get in touch with O2 people. Because I tried the o2 customer care number 040-519006642 for 6 hours and no body picked up.
