Is it possible to cancel the travel day pack?

Since the roaming in europe should be free by the law im looking to find a way to cancel the travel day pack that is a bit unfair it gets charged automatically while you leave the country. I read about having one option for roaming active in your contract, but i have 2.

As described by @nordkurve1900 there is a possibility to cancel the Travel Day Pack via Mein o2 App.

I just checked your Acoount and as I can see, you have been succesfull in canceling it via App.

    You can change the travel day pack to "mobiles Internet Ausland"

    "mobiles Internet Ausland" is the EU Roaming pack you're looking for.



    To change it, please use the Mein o2 App or Mein o2 website (in your phone browser)
