I pre ordered an iPhone 7 on the day it was made available on your site. My order status still shows as pre-order. Why?
Few of my friends who ordered after me are getting. What is wrong with my order?

- IPHONE 7 128GB, DIAMANTSCHWARZ
My friends also ordered the "VERY SAME" phone/model and have started receiving the shipping details or change in order status or the phone itself. But for me it still says 'preorder'. Why are you differentiating me from them? what is wrong with my order?
I have a confirmation email on 10.09.16, but the Auftragsdatum says 12.09.16. Why?
Finally, please explain why it is taking so long to get the phone? I am your customer for the last 5 years and have 3 mobile, 1 tablet, DSL and landline contracts. Is'nt there any consideration for your long term customers? only the NEW customers will be attended promptly by you is it?
