When you bought it in 2012 the phone is about four years old meanwhile and you will have no warranty claims - not according to the German Law or Regulations of Apple. If it has an failure you will have to pay for it and it is not necessary that you come to Germany for this. Possibly you can find an dealer or repair shop in Russia who can fix it.

Die Tatsache, dass ich das Telefon wieder herzustellen (wurde Zugriff auf die Mailbox verloren, auf die sie gebunden), ich kann das nicht tun. Für Help-Desk von Apple eine ursprüngliche Scheck benötigen, aber ich verlor es. Box, Dokumente und Handy-Headset ist.

But your problem sounds like a deactivation lock.

When you've lost your Account-Password you should be able to do a reset there. Apple itself won't do it without a receipt.
