My customer number is 6xxxxxx21. I had the problem with internet connection last month (lot of interruptions. After calling around 20 times O2 support team opened a technical ticket: 7xxxxx1. They solved the issue finally after a week.
Now yesterday the same problem started again and when I call customer service they are not ready to open a new ticket or re open this ticket. Infact they are complaining about my router. how were they solve the internet issue earlier if it were the problem with router. They also suggested me to buy a new router from O2.
I bought a new router yesterday finally and I have the same inturruption in internet today as well.
Now I requested support team to create another ticket
Please tell me what to do. Technical people are not able to solve the issue.
Can you please ask them to check thoroughly please please.
you guys are my hope. any one of you please help me, It is inturrupting my home office :(
