Hello, I have just signed a contract with O2 my home M and the max. The down-speed is 50 mbps, the min. 6 mbps. My down-speed is very weak and does not even reach the minimum speed of 6 mbps, please help me. I left Telekom because of the weak connection and the high bill I paid, but now the situation is even worse.

please try solving the problem using our DSL assistance app: http://g.o2.de/8LR Please also unplug the switched-on router from the power socket. Wait 1 to 2 minutes. Reconnect and wait until the power, internet and telefone LEDs are on constantly. Please also check the wiring for loose contacts, remove multiple sockets and extension cables, only use the original wiring of the router.
