No one come.

do you have reset the router (press reset button >10 seconds) and test to set up again ?

If this still impossible you must take another call to o2 Technical support because now thy don´t know that the external technican has not do his work.

there only is the technical suppoort sometimes there is an enlglish speaking technican. I dont´t know any link or number where is everytime a enlish support. Easiest way mabe if you have a german speaking friend 😉
