I am a new client for a few weeks. After becoming a client, I got an email saying I had to wait for over 3 weeks (!!!) for activation. Because I was out of the country, the new date has been set at 15th of August... Another 4 weeks of waiting. I am amazed waiting this long for a regular service is still possible in 2018.
Anyway, on the positive side... My internet connection came to live all of a sudden! The downside is that it is not stable at all. At times my connection is up, I get high speeds and it all works fine. But for no reason (and no warming of course), all but 3 lights on the router go out and there is no connection anymore for 10 - 20 minutes. After that, it flips on in an instance.
Now this morning, there was no internet at all... I have tried the hard reset (pushing the "reset" button on the backside for 10 seconds), but with no effect. Does anyone know what to do?
