I woke up today finding that my internet wasn't working. I have the 25mb/s DSL plan. I tried turning on and off my router several times but it didn't work. Only the "Power" and the "WLAN" lights are on (WLAN light ocasionally blinking), all the others are off.
I've tried calling the support line but I don't speak german and the automated service is obviously displayed in german.
I cant believe there is no way for a non-german person to have a problem solved other than writting in a forum or going directly to a office, specially for something that it's not my fault. And no, it's not a payment issue (at least not from my part).
I understand that I'm in Germany and that I shouldn't be complaining about the language, but I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting right now.
