Internet not working

Hallo, My Internet is not working. The DSL light keeps on blinking (maybe sync.), and it has been like that for last 3 week.

What should I do , any suggestion will be really helpful or the customer care number(I don't have an O2 phone)

Thanks for the response. I did called them , now atleast 1 dozen times in last 2 months. O2 had schedule an appointment for technician visit, Technician never showed up , O2 says we can not schedule next visit until we get the report from the technician . Which according to them should take 24-48 hrs , but not response till now

Information - O2 has a english help line which is available from 11-3 (monday to friday). average wait time - 40-60mins
